STATUS: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, out-of-scope, non-management

PAY BAND: $54,290 – $65,148

LOCATION: Creative Saskatchewan, #208 – 1831 College Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 4V5, Hybrid role

 

Job Summary

The Program Coordinator assists the Program Department of Creative Saskatchewan (the “Agency”) with the delivery of the Agency’s program.

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Programs Support

  • Coordinate grant program assessment panels;
  • Assist with grant recipient communications and follow-up;
  • Compile results of grants assessment panels and communicate results to applicants;
  • Assist the Program Department with day-to-day needs such as booking meetings, triaging emails, and other coordination support;
  • Conduct research and extract data from applicant files to measure KPIs;
  • Coordinate the operation and improvement of the Agency’s online Grant Management System (GMS) as a system administrator;
  • Review incoming grant applications and final reports;
  • Assist with administrative tasks;
  • Coordinate and assist the Program Department with both live events and online webinars;
  • Front-line client engagement (phone calls and walk-ins);
  • Capture minutes and action items in team meetings;
  • Respond to day-to-day office needs;
  • Assist in the implementation of the agency’s IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) strategy; and
  • Attend industry events on behalf of the Program Department from time to time.
